Common use of Payments May Be Clause in Contracts

Payments May Be. Paid Prior to Dissolution ----------------------------------------- Nothing contained in this Section 8 or elsewhere in this Agreement shall prevent or delay (i) the Borrowers, except under the conditions described in Section 8.2, from making payments at any time for the purpose of making payments in respect of its Obligations, or from depositing with the Agents any moneys for such payments, or (ii) subject to Section 8.2, the application by the Agents of any moneys deposited with it for the purpose of making payments in respect of Obligations.
