Any amounts received after such time on any date may, in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, be deemed to have been received on the next succeeding Business Day for purposes of calculating interest thereon. All such payments shall be made to Administrative Agent, for the account of the respective Lenders to which such payment is owed, at such account as Administrative Agent at the Payment Officemay designate to Borrowers in writing from time to time, except payments to be made directly to the Issuing Bank or Swingline Lender (i) as otherwise expressly provided herein in the relevant Loan Document, and except (ii) that payments pursuant to Section 2.18Sections 2.14, Section 2.19 2.15, 2.16, and Section 2.20 9.3 shall be made directly to the Persons entitled thereto. The Administrative Agent shall distribute any such payments received by it for the account of any other Person to the appropriate recipient promptly following receipt thereofthereof in like funds as received by wire transfer to such Lender’s lending office as specified in its Administrative Questionnaire or such other office as notified in writing by such Lender to Administrative Agent. (a) The Borrower shall make each payment required to be made by it hereunder on Loans (whether of principal, interest, fees or reimbursement of LC Disbursements, or of amounts payable under Section 2.182.14, Section 2.19 2.15 or Section 2.202.16, or otherwise) prior to 1:00 p.m. 12:00 noon, Houston, Texas time, on the date when due, in immediately available funds, free and clear of any defenses, rights of without set-off, off or counterclaim, or withholding or deduction of taxes. Any amounts received after such time on any date may, in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, be deemed to have been received on the next succeeding Business Day for purposes of calculating interest thereon. All such payments shall be made to the Administrative Agent at the Payment Officeits offices set forth in Section 10.01(a)(iii), except payments to be made directly to the Issuing Bank or Swingline Lender at a time when such Persons are other than the Administrative Agent, as expressly provided herein herein, and except that payments pursuant to Section 2.182.14, Section 2.19 2.15, Section 2.16 and Section 2.20 10.03 shall be made directly to the Persons entitled thereto. The Administrative Agent shall distribute any such payments received by it for the account of any other Person to the appropriate recipient promptly following receipt thereof. If any payment hereunder shall be due on a day that is not a Business Day, the date for payment shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day, and, in the case of any payment accruing interest, interest thereon shall be made payable for the period of such extension. All payments hereunder shall be made in Dollars.

Any amounts amount received after such time on any date day may, in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, be deemed to have been received on the next succeeding Business Day for purposes of calculating interest thereon. All such payments shall be made to the Administrative Agent at the Payment OfficeAdministrative Agent’s Account, except payments to be made directly to the Issuing Bank or Swingline Lender as expressly provided herein and except that payments pursuant to Section 2.18Sections 2.10, Section 2.19 2.11, 2.13 and Section 2.20 9.03 shall be made directly to the Persons entitled theretothereto and payments pursuant to other Loan Documents shall be made to the Persons specified therein. Any amounts received after such time on any date may, in the discretion of the Administrative Agentapplicable Person entitled thereto, be deemed to have been received on the next succeeding Business Day for purposes of calculating interest thereon. All such payments owing to any Purchaser shall be made to such Purchaser on a pro rata basis, and all such payments owing to the Collateral Agent shall be made to the Administrative Collateral Agent, in each case, to such accounts as may be specified by the applicable Person not less than five (5) days before the applicable payment is due (provided that, if a Purchaser or the Collateral Agent at the Payment Officeshall not have provided any such notice, except payments to such payment shall be made directly to the Issuing Bank account most recently identified by such Purchaser or Swingline Lender as expressly provided herein and the Collateral Agent), except that payments pursuant to Section 2.18Sections 2.15, Section 2.19 2.16, 2.17 and Section 2.20 10.3 shall be made directly to the Persons entitled thereto.
