Common use of Payments from Escrow Account Clause in Contracts

Payments from Escrow Account. (a) For each payment from the Escrow Account, Quadriga Superfund shall deliver, by facsimile, to Escrow Agent a letter of direction (a "Certificate"), which Certificate shall specify (i) the dollar amount of the funds in the Escrow Account to be paid to the recipient, (ii) the name and address of the recipient, and (iii) the date on which such payment or payments shall be made by Escrow Agent. The Certificate must be delivered to Escrow Agent at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date on which any payment is to be made by Escrow Agent.
