Payments for the Construction Manager’s Fee Clause Samples

Payments for the Construction Manager’s Fee for the Services (Pre-construction) shall be made after completion of the following milestones as set out in Schedule A1 to the Agreement: • Design Development Phase (15%) • 50% Construction Documents Phase (25%) • 100% Construction Documents Phase (25%) • Construction Procurement Phase (35%)
