Payments for Sales or Repurchases. or Redemptions of Interests in the Fund. The Custodian shall receive and deposit into the account of the Fund such payments as are received for interests in the Fund issued or sold from time to time by the Fund. The Custodian will provide notification to the Fund of any receipt by it of payments for interests in the Fund. From such funds as may be available for the purpose but subject to the limitations of the Declaration of Trust and any applicable votes of the Board of Trustees of the Fund pursuant thereto, the Custodian shall, upon receipt of instructions from the Fund, make funds available to an account designated by the Fund for payment to holders of interests in the Fund who have delivered to the Fund a request for redemption or repurchase of their interests.
