Payments for Account of the Applicable Fronting Lender Sample Clauses
Payments for Account of the Applicable Fronting Lender. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, until the applicable Euro Lender funds its risk participation pursuant to this Section 3.2 to refinance such Euro Lender’s applicable Euro Fronting Loan, all payments made hereunder in respect of the portion of any Euro Committed Loan that was funded in part by a Fronting Lender shall be solely for the account of the applicable Fronting Lender.
Payments for Account of the Applicable Fronting Lender. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, until the applicable U.S. Lender funds its risk participation pursuant to this Section 2.2 to refinance such U.S. Lender’s applicable U.S. Fronting Loan, all payments made hereunder in respect of the portion of any U.S. Committed Loan that was funded in part by a Fronting Lender shall be solely for the account of the applicable Fronting Lender.
