Common use of Payments Comprising the Fund Clause in Contracts

Payments Comprising the Fund. Payments made to the Trustee for the Fund shall consist of the proceeds from the letter of credit drawn upon by the Trustee in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (K) of rule 3745-55-51 of the Administrative Code and Section 4 of this Agreement.
