Payment Use Verification. If the Contractor has reason to believe that the Subcontractor is not complying with the payment terms of this Agreement, the Contractor shall have the right to contact the Subcontractor’s subcontractors and suppliers to ascertain whether they are being paid by the Subcontractor in accordance with this Agreement.

Payment Use Verification. The Contractor shall have the right at all times to contact the Subcontractor's subcontractors, suppliers, and employees to ensure that the same are being paid promptly by the Subcontractor for labor or materials furnished for use in performing the Subcontractor's Work. The Contractor shall have the right at all times to issue joint checks to the Subcontractor and the Subcontractor’s subcontractors and suppliers. The Contractor shall have the right to require the Subcontractor to provide proof of compliance with prevailing wage requirements. Such proof may include time cards signed by employees, wage certifications, and copies of checks paid to employees performing work subject to prevailing wage.

Payment Use Verification. Maintco Corp. shall have the right at all times to contact the Subcontractor's lower tier Subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that the same are being paid by the Subcontractor for labor or materials furnished for use in performing the Subcontractor's Work on this Project.

Payment Use Verification. COMPANY shall have the right at all times to contact CONTRACTOR’s subcontractors and sub-suppliers to verify that such persons are being paid currently by CONTRACTOR for labor, materials, or equipment on this Project. When requested by COMPANY, CONTRACTOR shall furnish copies of directly lower-tier subcontracts and purchase orders in effect, with pricing terms and confidential information removed.
