Common use of Payment to Lenders Clause in Contracts

Payment to Lenders. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 8.3 hereof, promptly after receipt from the Borrower of any principal repayment of the Loans, interest due on the Loans, any payment of the Reimbursement Obligations and any Facility Fees owing to the Lenders or other amounts due under any of the Loan Documents (except for such amounts which are payable for the sole account of any Lender or the Agent), the Agent shall distribute to each Lender that Lender's share of the funds so received.

Payment to Lenders. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 8.3 hereof, promptly after receipt from the Borrower of any principal repayment of the Revolving Credit Loans, interest due on the Revolving Credit Loans, any payment of the Reimbursement Obligations and Fees or any Facility Fees other amounts owing to the Lenders or other amounts due under any of the Loan Documents (except for such amounts which are payable for the sole account of any Lender or the Agent), the Agent shall distribute to each Lender that Lender's share of the funds so received.
