Payment Start Date Sample Clauses

Payment Start Date of the Royalty Interest is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following provision:

Payment Start Date. Interpublic shall begin paying the Participant’s vested benefit (if any) at the time prescribed by the Plan Document. The Participant may not change the time at which payment of [his] [her] benefit under SERIP begins, except to the extent (if at all) that the Plan Document permits the Participant to make such a change.

Payment Start Date. In consideration of start-up costs, the CONCESSIONAIRE is granted a three-month grace period for Lease payments from the date of operational opening. The opening of the Concession is dependent on COUNTY completing improvements to the building following Environmental Health Services Department recommendations. For example, if the Premises opens to the public on August 1, 2024, the first payment will be due for the month of November 2024 and will be payable by December 10, 2024.

Payment Start Date. Except for prepayment, the start date (the “Payment Start Date”) used to count and determine the payment due date for every transaction is: ☐ CI Date: the date specified by the Company in CI. ☐ EX-Works Date: the date specified on the transportation files of freight carriers. ☐ POD Date: the date when the Dealer or the Dealer’s designated person signs the POD.

Payment Start Date. Payment Start Date shall mean the date the goods are delivered and/or services have been fully performed or an earlier date as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion. Depending on the selected delivery/service location, the receipt date of the goods and/or services shall occur within 48 hours of: (i) physical receipt at Buyer’s docks; (ii) Buyer's customer or location designated by ▇▇▇▇▇’s customer; (iii) Buyer’s receipt of a third party written certification from third party of Supplier’s completion of the services.
