Payment Processing through Stripe. As part of the Builder Services, we offer tools to assist you in fundraising, selling tickets, registrations, and other items to Consumers. We work with Stripe, Inc. “Stripe” to facilitate the processing of payments connected to these features as our “Payment Processor”. Both you and we must adhere to the rules and regulations set by our Payment Processor. In certain situations, you may need to enter into separate agreements with these partners, referred to as "Payment Processor Agreements," in order to receive payments. By accepting this Merchant Agreement or continuing to operate as a Client on IHUBApp, you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement. To enable payment processing services through Stripe, it is necessary for you to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself and your business. Additionally, you authorize us to share this information, as well as transaction details, with Stripe on your behalf when you connect your Stripe account to your IHUBApp.
