Payment Processing Fees. The cumulative fee for all Escrow Agent and payment processing services shall be passed through to the Issuer from those fees charged by any bank utilized by the ODB Site, BitPay Inc., Stripe Inc., and any other payment processor mutually agreed to by ODB and the Issuer. They are approximately two percent (2.0%) of the Offering’s proceeds.
