Payment of Trust Fees. The Servicer shall pay the Owner Trustee Fee pursuant to Section 3.07 of the Servicing Agreement and shall pay the Trust's expenses (including expenses of the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee) incurred with respect to the performance of the Trust's duties under the Indenture pursuant to Section 5.06 of the Servicing Agreement, or, if such amounts are insufficient, the Owner Trustee shall be paid pursuant to Section 5.01 hereof.
