Common use of Payment of Trust Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Trust Expenses. (a) The Seller shall pay the amount of the expenses of the Trust (other than payments of premiums to the Note Insurer) (including the Indenture Trustee's fees and expenses not covered or paid by Section 3.03(b)(i) and 3.03(b)(iv)(D)), and the Seller shall promptly pay such expenses directly to the Persons to whom such amounts are due.
