Payment of the Discriminatory Action Compensation and interest thereon by the Buyer to. the Supplier shall constitute full and final satisfaction of all amounts that may be claimed by the Supplier for and in respect of the occurrence of the Discriminatory Action and, upon such payment, the Buyer shall be released and forever discharged by the Supplier from any and all liability in respect of such Discriminatory Action.
