Payment of Taxes, Duties, Etc. OF THE TRUST. Upon receipt under the Junior Debt Securities of Additional Sums and directions as to the payments of such Additional Sums, the Property Trustee shall promptly pay, solely out of monies on deposit pursuant to this Trust Agreement, any taxes, duties or governmental charges of whatsoever nature (other than withholding taxes) imposed on the Trust by the United States or any other taxing authority.
