Common use of Payment of Senior Notes Called for Redemption Clause in Contracts

Payment of Senior Notes Called for Redemption. (a) If any notice of redemption has been given as provided in Section 11.5, the Senior Notes or portion of Senior Notes with respect to which such notice has been given shall become due and payable on the date and at the place or places stated in such notice at the applicable Optional Redemption Price. On presentation and surrender of such Senior Notes at a Place of Payment specified in such notice, the Senior Notes or the specified portions thereof shall be paid and redeemed by the Company at the applicable Optional Redemption Price.
