Common use of Payment of Principal and Interest; Defaulted Interest Clause in Contracts

Payment of Principal and Interest; Defaulted Interest. (a) On each Payment Date from amounts on deposit in the Payment Account (other than amounts deposited constituting prepayment charges), the Paying Agent shall pay to the Noteholders, the Certificate Paying Agent on behalf of the Certificateholder and to other Persons the amounts to which they are entitled, as set forth in the statements delivered to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement, as set forth in this Section 3.05.
