Payment of Other Taxes by the Loan Parties. Without limiting the provisions of subsection (a) above, the Loan Parties shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable Laws, except for Other Taxes resulting from an assignment by any Lender pursuant to Section 11.06(b), which assignment is not at the request of Ultimate Parent pursuant to Section 11.13.
