Common use of Payment of Note Interest Clause in Contracts

Payment of Note Interest. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders from the Series 2009-1 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 2009-1 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Series Supplement.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20092010-1 Noteholders from the Series 20092010-1 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 20092010-1 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Series Supplement in the order of priority set forth in Section 3.3(a) of this Series Supplement.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 6.01 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20092004-1 Noteholders from the Series 20092004-1 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 20092004-1 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders interest pursuant to Section 3.3 2.03 of this Series Supplement.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shallTrustee, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, shall pay to the Series 20092013-1 Noteholders from the Series 20092013-1 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 20092013-1 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders pursuant to Section 3.3 2.3 of this Series SupplementSupplement the following amounts in the following order of priority.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 2009-1 Class A Noteholders from the Series 2009-1 2 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 2009-1 2 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders interest pursuant to Section 3.3 2.3 of this Series Supplement.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shallTrustee, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, shall pay to the Series 20092011-1 Noteholders from the Series 20092011-1 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 20092011-1 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders pursuant to Section 3.3 2.3 of this Series SupplementSupplement the following amounts in the following order of priority.

On each Payment Date and Additional Payment Date, the Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20092005-1 4 Noteholders from the Series 20092005-1 4 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 20092005-1 4 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders interest pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Series Supplement.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shallTrustee, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, shall pay to the Series 2009-1 2 Noteholders from the Series 2009-1 2 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 2009-1 2 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders pursuant to Section 3.3 2.3 of this Series SupplementSupplement the following amounts in the following order of priority.

Payment of Note Interest. Payment of Note Interest. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20092008-1 Noteholders from the Series 20092008-1 Distribution Account the amount deposited in the Series 20092008-1 Distribution Account for the payment of all amounts payable to the Series 20092008-1 Noteholders pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Series Supplement.
