PAYMENT OF ITEMS BY THE PURCHASER AFTER CLOSING. The Purchaser agrees that it shall pay all properly drawn checks, drafts and withdrawal orders drawn by the account holders of the depository accounts of customers of the Seller assumed hereunder, to the extent that the collected balance of the account is sufficient to permit payment thereof. The Purchaser will promptly forward to the Seller (or its successor) any checks received by the Purchaser drawn by the account holders of the depository accounts of customers of the Seller not assumed hereunder for a period of 30 days following the Closing.
