Payment of Fees and Band Disbursement. Within twenty one (21) days after the end of each calendar month of operations, Manager shall calculate Gross Revenues, Operating Expenses, and Net Revenues of the Enterprise for the previous month's operations and the Fiscal Year's operations to date. Such Net Revenues shall be disbursed from the Enterprise Bank Account(s) prior to a Band Event of Default to the extent available in the following order of priority:
