PAYMENT OF EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE LENDER. Upon the occurrence of a Default or an Event of Default, which occurrence is not cured within the notice provisions, if any, provided herein, Borrower agrees to pay and shall pay all costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) incurred by Lender or Agent in connection with the preservation and enforcement of the Lender's rights under this Agreement, the Debentures or any other Loan Document.
