Common use of Payment of Entries and Reporting of Exception Entries Clause in Contracts

Payment of Entries and Reporting of Exception Entries. On each banking day, Bank: (a) may pay and charge to the Authorized Account each ACH Entry which matches a Company authorization provided in Section 7; (b) shall provide to Company an Exception Entry Report that indicates whether Bank has received any Entries which do not match a Company authorization and, if so, specifies the Originator and amount of any such Exception Entry; and (c) shall send the Exception Entry Report in the format and medium, by the deadline(s), and to the place(s) specified by Bank from time to time. Company agrees to monitor, review and make payment decisions on the Exception Entries prior to Bank’s established deadline.
