Common use of Payment of Certain Fees and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Payment of Certain Fees and Taxes. (a) In connection with any Orders, the Participant agrees to pay a transaction fee applicable to such transaction as set forth in the Prospectus. The Fund reserves the right to (1) change any transaction fee subject to applicable law and upon reasonable advance notice to the Participant and (2) waive certain fees/costs associated with any Order in certain circumstances. The Participant is responsible for any and all expenses and costs incurred by the Fund, including any applicable cash amounts, in connection with any Order, subject to applicable law.
