Common use of Payment Items Clause in Contracts

Payment Items. (a) Unless credit has been approved in writing by the Seller, all invoices shall be due and payable before delivery of the Goods or upon the Seller’s advice to the Purchaser that the Goods are ready for dispatch. (b) Where credit has been approved, all invoices are due and payable: (i) at the address of the Company stated in the invoice.
