Common use of Payment Invalidated Clause in Contracts

Payment Invalidated. In the event that any of the Revolver Obligations or Note Obligations shall be paid in full in cash and subsequently, for whatever reason (including but not limited to, an order or judgment for disgorgement of a preference under Title 11 of the United States Code, or any similar Law, or the settlement of any claim in respect thereof), formerly paid or satisfied Revolver Obligations or Note Obligations become unpaid or unsatisfied, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be reinstated, notwithstanding any prior termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 4, and all provisions of this Agreement shall again be operative until all such obligations are again paid in full in cash.
