Common use of Payment for Clause in Contracts

Payment for. (a) Andhika agrees to sell 77.5% of its interest in the Property as well as it's full and complete rights to the Government Approvals to such qualified party as indicated by Singkamas that may be appointed for the price of US One Million Dollars (US$1,000,000). (b) All payments hereunder shall be subject to continual fulfillment by Andhika of its obligations under this Agreement.
