PAYMENT FOR TIME IN LIEU OF BREAKS. (a) Employees who are not provided with a rest period shall be compensated at 15 minutes extra straight-time pay for the loss of their rest period. (b) Employees who are not provided with a meal break shall be compensated at 30 minutes extra pay for the loss of their meal break.
