Common use of Payment for Basic Services Clause in Contracts

Payment for Basic Services. 6.1.1 Payments for Basic Services may be requested monthly in proportion to services performed during each Phase of the Work and provision of all required insurance policies is a condition precedent to becoming due any such payments to the Project Consultant.
