Common use of Payment Defaults Clause in Contracts

Payment Defaults. Unless otherwise provided in the Board Resolution or supplemental indenture executed pursuant to Section 3.01 establishing the terms of the particular series, with respect to the Securities of any series of Dated Subordinated Debt Securities, a “Payment Default” shall occur if the Issuer fails to pay, or set aside, principal of (or premium, if any, on) or accrued interest, if any, on any such Securities when due, and such failure continues for 14 days, provided that:
