Payment Defaults. Tenant shall fail to pay any installment of Rent or any other payment hereunder when due; provided, however, that Landlord will give Tenant notice and an opportunity to cure any failure to pay Rent within 3 days of any such notice not more than once in any 12 month period and Tenant agrees that such notice shall be in lieu of and not in addition to, or shall be deemed to be, any notice required by law.

Payment Defaults. Nonpayment of the principal of any Loan when due, nonpayment of interest upon any Loan within five days after the same becomes due or nonpayment of any commitment fee or other Obligation under any of the Loan Documents within ten days after the same becomes due.

Payment Defaults. Tenant shall fail to pay any installment of Rent or any other payment hereunder when due; provided, however, that Tenant’s first failure to pay any installment of Rent or any other payment hereunder otherwise due in any 12 calendar month period shall not constitute a Default unless such payment is not made within 5 days after written notice from Landlord to Tenant and Tenant agrees that such notice shall be in lieu of and not in addition to, or shall be deemed to be, any notice required by law.
Payment Defaults. If Client fails to pay Consultant fees or payment as provided herein and fails to make any required payment within ten (10) days after delivery by Consultant to Client of a late payment notice, Consultant at its option may terminate the Agreement by delivering a notice to Client.
