Payment Date Withdrawals and Transfers. On each Payment Date and each Delivery Date, as applicable, the Administrative Agent shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to make the withdrawals and transfers provided for in Sections 3.08 and 3.09 of the Indenture in accordance with such respective Section and the relevant clauses in Section 3.01 of the Indenture, as applicable.
