Payment Corrections. It is your duty to make sure that the Bonuses paid to you are correct. If you discover an error in your payment you must notify the Company within 90 days after the receipt of your Bonus. If you fail to notify the Company of any errors or disputes with respect to a Bonus payment within this 90 day period, you will be deemed to have accepted the payment as full and complete payment of any Bonuses earned during such Bonus period and you will have no further right to dispute the Bonus payment or seek payment of any additional Bonus.
