Payment Clause. Payment will be made in accordance with, and within the time specified in, Government Code Chapter 4.5, commencing with Section 927. Payment for deliverables is meant to be inclusive of all the preparatory work, planning, and material cost involved in the completion of the intent of the deliverable not just the report itself.
