Payment Claim. The Independent Monitor must, on a quarterly basis: (a) prepare and submit to the Government's Representatives for approval a payment claim setting out: (i) a breakdown of the IM Services (in a form and including such information as the Project Parties may require from time to time) actually carried out during the period for which payment is sought; (ii) the part of the Professional Fee then payable; and (iii) costs and expenses relating to the preparation of additional reports requested by the Government under Clause 7; (b) provide to the Government's Representatives all supporting documentation that they may reasonably require; and (c) allow the Government's Representatives access to all records relating to the IM Services in order to check the accuracy of the payment claim.
