Common use of Payment and Purchase Procedure Clause in Contracts

Payment and Purchase Procedure. The Purchase Price shall be paid simultaneously with Investor’s subscription. Investor shall deliver payment for the aggregate purchase price of the Units by check, ACH deposit or by wire transfer to an account designated by the Company in Section 8 below.
