Common use of Payment Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Payment Acknowledgement. (a) The Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges receipt from the Lead Underwriters of a wire transfer of funds in the aggregate amount of $160,075,000 and confirms that such funds have been deposited in a segregated account in the name of the Trust designated as the "Paramount Energy Trust – Sub. Receipts", or as otherwise directed by the Trust, and the Escrow Agent will retain such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pending payment of such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (b) The Trust hereby: (i) acknowledges that the amount received by the Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 2.1(a), represents payment in full by the Underwriters of the Subscription Price for 9,500,000 Subscription Receipts; and (ii) irrevocably directs the Escrow Agent to retain such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pending payment of such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Receipts"”, or as otherwise directed by the TrustTrust in writing, and the Escrow Agent will retain such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pending payment of such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (b) The Trust hereby: (i) acknowledges that the amount received by the Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 2.1(a), represents payment in full by the Underwriters of the Subscription Price for 9,500,000 17,800,000 Subscription Receipts; and (ii) irrevocably directs the Escrow Agent to retain such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pending payment of such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

(a) The Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges receipt from the Lead Underwriters Underwriter of a wire transfer of funds in the aggregate amount of $160,075,000 242,450,000, and confirms that such funds have been deposited in a segregated account in the name of the Trust designated as the "Paramount “StarPoint Energy Trust – - Sub. Receipts"”, or as otherwise directed by the TrustTrust in writing, and the Escrow Agent will retain such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pending payment of such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (b) The Trust hereby: (i) acknowledges that the amount received by the Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 2.1(a), represents payment in full by the Underwriters of the Subscription Price for 9,500,000 13,000,000 Subscription Receipts; and (ii) irrevocably directs the Escrow Agent to retain such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pending payment of such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Payment Acknowledgement. (a) The Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges receipt from the Lead Underwriters Underwriter of a wire transfer of funds in the aggregate amount of $160,075,000 65,800,000 and confirms that such funds have been deposited in a segregated account in the name of the Trust designated as the "Paramount Advantage Energy Trust – Income Fund - Sub. Receipts", or as otherwise directed by the Trust, and the Escrow Agent will retain such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pending payment release of such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (b) The Trust hereby: (i) acknowledges that the amount received by the Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 2.1(a), represents payment in full by the Underwriters of the Subscription Price for 9,500,000 3,500,000 Subscription Receipts; and (ii) irrevocably directs the Escrow Agent to retain such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pending payment release of such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
