PAYM ENT. A Doctor's certificate stating that the employee cannot or should not work shall be required by the Fund unless the employee is sent home by the Employer. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Leave is to commence after the first work day's absence due to sickness or injury except that where the employee has been hospitalized, sent home by the Employer, or supplies the Doctor's certificate stating he cannot or should not work, ▇▇▇▇ Leave shall commence on the first day's absence from work and shall be paid for all full time clerks and part time clerks at the rate of one-half (l/j) day's pay per day until such Sick Benefit Allowance is used up. Such employees may elect full day's payment from accumulated half day pay credits for the first week of illness. (dj IN T EG R A T IO N : If an employee is collecting un­ employment compensation disability benefits or work­ men's compensation temporary disability benefits, or both, and such unemployment compensation disability benefits or workmen's compensation temporary disability benefits, or both, are less than a full day's payment of the sick leave benefits provided herein, sucn employee shall only receive sick leave benefits in addition to such unemployment compensation disability benefits or work­ men's compensation temporary disability benefits, or both, in an amount sufficient to equal a full day's pay­ ment.
PAYM ENT. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Buyer shall pay via ACH Debit all am ounts as invoiced without discount, deduction, withholding, set-off, offsets or counterclaim of any kind in United States dollars on the tenth calendar day following date of lifting. Seller shall have the right to assess finance charges against all past due am ounts and all accrued but unpaid late paym ent charges, at the LIBOR rate as reported in The W all Street Journal plus two percentage (2%) points, but not to exceed the m aximum charges perm itted by law. Buyer shall pay all of the Seller’s costs (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) of collecting past due payments. W hen paym ent due date falls on a Saturday or on a weekday, other than Monday, which is not a banking day in New York, then an y such paym ent shall be m ade on the nearest preceding New York banking day. W hen the payment due date falls on a Sunda y or a Monday which is not a banking day in New York, such payment shall be m ade on the next following banking day.
PAYM ENT. Lessee shall cause paym ent of Rent to be received by Lessor in lawful m ▇▇▇▇ of the United States on or before t he day on which it is due, without offset or deduction ( except as specifically perm it ▇▇▇ in this Lease) . Rent for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full calendar m onth shall be prorat ed based upon the actual num ber of days of said m onth. Paym ent of Rent shall be m ade t o Lessor at it s address stated herein or to such other persons or place as Lessor m ay from t im e to t im e designate in writing. Acceptance of a paym ent which is less than the am ount then due shall not be a waiver of Lessor's r ights to the balance of such Rent, regardless of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s endorsem ent of any check so stating. I n the event that any check, draft , or other instrum ent of paym ent given by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Lessor is dishonored for any reason, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay to Lessor t he sum of $25 in addition t o any Late Charge and Lessor, at it s option, m ay require all future paym ents to be m ade by Lessee to be by cashier' s check. Paym ents will be applied first to accrued late charges and attorneys fees, second to accrued interest, then to Base Rent and Operating Expense I ncrease, and any rem aining am ount to any other out standing charges or costs.
PAYM ENT. The Incentive Bonus shall be paid to the Employee as soon as practicable, but in no event later than March 31 following the end of each calendar year. The amount of Option Shares due under the Incentive Bonus with respect to any period of less than an entire year shall be determined by multiplying the Option Shares that would have been payable with respect to the whole of such year (using actual results for such year and assuming that the Agreement had been in effect the entire year) by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days of such year and the denominator of which is 365.
PAYM ENT. Long service leave is paid at the employee's appointed rate of pay at the time the leave is taken. Upon termination of employment with TransGrid payment of the value of the long service leave is based on completed weeks of service.
