Pay Promptly. You shall promptly pay on demand by Exabytes and at the times stipulated in such demand all charges, fees, rentals, costs or other amounts in connection with the Services. You shall continue to be liable for any applicable charges during the period of interruption or loss of Services from any cause whatsoever.
