Patriot Act Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received all documentation and other information that is required by regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Information. The Administrative Agent and the Arrangers shall have received all documentation and other information requested by itself or any Lender of the type described in Section 9.18 hereof that is required by regulatory authorities for it to comply with its ongoing obligations under applicable “know your customer” ”, and anti-money-money laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, including the Patriot Act.
