Patriot Act Information. Each Lender Party hereby notifies the Borrowers and each other Loan Party that pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrowers or any other Loan Party, which information includes the name and address of the Borrowers and each such other Loan Party and other information that will allow each Lender Party to identify the Borrowers and each other Loan Party in accordance with the Patriot Act. The Borrowers and each other Loan Party shall, and shall cause each other Loan Party to, provide such information and take such actions as are reasonably requested by any Lender Party in order to assist such Lender Party in maintaining compliance with the Patriot Act.
