Common use of Patents Clause in Contracts

Except as set out in Schedule 6, neither Priveco nor any of its subsidiaries holds any right, title or interest in and to any Patent and Priveco has not filed any patent application with any third party. To the best knowledge of Priveco, none of the products manufactured and sold, nor any process or know-how used, by Priveco or any of its subsidiaries infringes or is alleged to infringe any patent or other proprietary night of any other person or entity.
