Patent Transfer. Each of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Yikang and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Decheng shall, and each of the other Warrantors shall procure that each of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Yikang and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Decheng, duly transfer all patents and patent applications currently held under his own name to the Domestic Entity as soon as practicable without any consideration to the extent permitted by PRC law.
