Common use of Passwords; Security Clause in Contracts

Passwords; Security. Client is responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of all passwords and for ensuring that each password is used only by the authorized user and (ii) any and all activities that occur under Client's account. Client agrees to immediately notify Accruent of any unauthorized use of Client's account or any other breach of security known to Client. Accruent shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Client's failure to comply with these requirements. Accruent will maintain Client passwords as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties.
