Common use of Passwords and Security Clause in Contracts

Passwords and Security. Customer shall protect the confidentiality of user access credentials assigned to Customer and its Authorized Users, and not share or disclose, and shall cause its Authorized Users not to share or disclose, any such credentials to any third party. Customer is fully responsible for all activity occurring under access credentials assigned to Customer and its Authorized Users. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Neuronetics harmless from and against all claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) against or incurred by Neuronetics arising out of access of TrakStar Cloud by anyone using access credentials assigned to Customer and its Authorized Users.
