Common use of Passwords, Access and Notification Clause in Contracts

Passwords, Access and Notification. Customer will be responsible for all content and data, including, but not limited to, Customer Data, entered electronically through the Product. Customer will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorised access to or use of the Product and will promptly notify Company of any unauthorised access or use of the Product and any loss or theft or unauthorised use of any User’s password or name and/or Product account numbers.
