Common use of Pass-Through Clause in Contracts

Pass-Through. Licensee may identify and collect, as a separate item on the regular bill of any Customer whose Broadband Internet Services are provided by Network Facilities located at least in part in Public ROW, that Customer’s pro rata amount of the License Fee.

Pass-Through. Licensee may identify and collect, as a separate item on the regular bill of any Customer subscriber whose Broadband Internet Services are provided by Network Facilities located at least in part in Public ROW, that Customersubscriber’s pro rata amount of the License Fee.

Pass-Through. Licensee may identify and collect, as a separate item on the regular bill of any Customer whose Broadband Internet Services are provided by Network Facilities located at least in part in Public ROW, that Customer’s pro rata amount of the License FeeFee ; provided, however, that Licensee shall not list, describe, or attribute the License Fee as a tax, fee, or other type of charge required or being imposed by the City under the City Code or state law.
