Party Terms. If the Online Services or Software include software that is redistributed by INAP under free or open source (“▇▇▇▇”) license terms, the applicable ▇▇▇▇ terms which govern Customer’s rights to use the specific items of ▇▇▇▇ software shall be incorporated or referenced in the applicable Service Schedule.
