PARTY PROPERTY. Whenever the Management Committee so agrees, the Operator or the Technical Advisor may utilize in Joint Operations equipment and/or facilities belonging to any Party hereto. For the use of such equipment and/or facilities the Joint Account shall be charged a rental rate as agreed upon by the Management Committee on the basis of actual usage on or service to the Joint Operations at rates commensurate with the cost of ownership and operations.
